Global Culture & Behavioural Risk Intervention

PROJECT: WE’RE ALL HUMAN

CLIENT: MONASH UNIVERSITY

Monash University: Global Culture & Behavioural Risk Intervention.

The Challenge: Monash University needed to overhaul how it communicated workplace conduct and behavioural expectations to new staff. With traditional compliance training and onboarding modules perceived as rigid and disengaging, the university required an innovative intervention to actively embed their values and mitigate the risk of problematic workplace behaviours across a global workforce.

The Solution: In consultation with Fisher Leadership, we designed and produced a bespoke scripted comedy series to act as the catalyst for their facilitator-led workshops. By using humour and relatable scenarios, we provided Monash's facilitators with an engaging narrative tool that disarmed participants and created an environment to debate and unpack the motivations of concerning workplace behaviours.

The Impact: We successfully transformed a mandatory HR compliance exercise into a dynamic, high-impact cultural intervention. The bespoke series was integrated directly into Monash’s global onboarding framework, equipping leadership and internal facilitators with a highly effective tool to align thousands of staff members with the university's core values.
